Classroom Happenings - Infant Class

The infants love their new wall mirror. The mirror is small and set at an infant's height. There is a wooden bar mounted across the middle of the mirror so that the infants can pull themselves up to stand close by. The infants are having fun looking at their own faces and standing at the mirror.
Our infants also really enjoy looking at their flashcards. They can now recognize an apple and a banana after practicing with them. Our flash cards are a wonderful way to teach the children how to recognize fruits and vegetables and colors and shapes.

If you ask our infants what to say as you are using the flashcards, they can say “apple” and “banana”.
